This is a very rare TRANSITIONAL versions with the 1st version STEEL RIM infinity focus lock but is the later style 2nd version 35mm 1.4 PRE ASPH lens.
RARE transition between the two version. 
Very few were made and very hard to find a 2nd version 11870 lens with the 1st version style infinity focusing lock
