We try to answer every email we receive as best we can but please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm EST (GMT - 05:00). We can only respond to emails or calls during these hours. We are closed on weekends and all Canadian holidays. We are now available on some Saturdays 12pm - 5pm by appointment.
Shipping
All our goods are shipped from Toronto, Canada. All our goods are sold in USD. We ship worldwide. Be aware that we do not lower the declared/insured value for any goods. All items will be shipped insured with their full declared value. No exceptions.
Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees associated with shipping to their respective countries upon receipt (excluding Canadian addresses). It is recommended that you research what taxes may be applicable on your purchase before making payment. These taxes may be assessed by your government or the carrier and collected on delivery independent of the final sale price. We have no knowledge of or control over customs regulations of any country.
Taxes
As a registered business we collect HST/GST on all sales within Canada. For Canadian residents we charge 13% HST for ON, NB, NL; 14% HST for PE; 15% HST for NS; and 5% GST for QC, BC, AB, SK, MB, NT, YT and NU.
Payments
For online purchases we can accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, MoneyGram, WesternUnion, wire transfers, money orders, cash or personal cheques. For in store purchases we can accept Visa, MasterCard or cash.
