This is THE MOST desirable and RAREST Hektor 50mm f2.5.
It comes with the most desirable 11 oclock position on the camera LTM focusing button.
Also, this is probably a PRE PRODUCTION NO Serial # version.

A very clean barrel.

Focusing is stiff
Aperture ring is a little stiff, but smooth - this is nice as most are stiff to the point of being stuck, which this one is not

No fungus, separation.
There are marks on the lens which is common for these.
There are some cleaning marks on the front but considering its uncoated early design, it is still nice.
This Hektor is much more desirable being A FAST 50mm in its time.
I can not stress the rarity of this lens. Really a must have collectible and the first rangefinder coupled attempt for Leicas Famous 50MM FAST F2.5 lens!
