Made to fit your original Leica MP chrome camera bodies but will also fit your Leica M2 camera bodies too. 

An extremely rare accessory for an extremely rare camera. Only about 450 Leica MPs were made, of that 311 were in chrome. 

This is a MUST HAVE for your original VINTAGE 1957 MP camera and very nice to have with your M2 camera as well. 

 Cosmetically shows some minor use. The chrome finish is clean overall and no dings, dents or major marks. 

One of the previous owners has engraved the their information on the inside of the Leicavit but once on the camera, you can not see it as the marking are on the inner palte.

Mechanically working normally. 

The unit mounts well and working properly and smoothly.

A must have for any user or enthusiast and a definite must have for your original chrome Leica MP camera body. 

 These dont come up too often and getting harder and harder to find in clean condition
