This vintage Leica advertising name plate is in wonderful condition overall.
A very rare and unusual item to find as they were only given to dealers.
Beautifully made with a mirrored finish around the edge, classic Leica satin chrome background against the large and rich LEICA RED logo.
A smaller LEITZ logo on the right as this was a time when the Leitz family still owned and operated the company
Circa 1950's ( golden era of Leica from the style of the script )
Never sold to the general public, this was a dealer only promotional item.
